Who can add a new agent?
User management is handled by your organization. To add a new agent, contact an existing account administrator or an agent with the appropriate administrative or IT permissions.
Alloy Support does not add users on behalf of your organization. This helps ensure that your team controls who has access to your Alloy account and which permissions they receive.

If an agent cannot access their MFA method, select Reset MFA from the agent’s three-dot (⋮) menu. The agent will be prompted to set up MFA again when they next sign in.
Delete an agent
Deleting an agent removes their access to the Alloy dashboard.
Historical activity and information contributed by the agent remain in the dashboard. For example, notes added by the agent remain visible, and the agent’s email address remains associated with historical Review Queue activity.
