Escalating an Application flags it as higher priority and routes it to a another role for review.
Assign yourself to the Application. The Escalate button becomes visible and enabled once you are assigned.
In the escalation modal, select the role you want to escalate to. You can also add a reason and a note, both optional.
Submit the modal. The Application header turns orange and the Application status displays an escalated indicator.
The same indicator appears next to the Application in the Application Queue.
