Workflows Dashboard: Archive Workflows

Workflows can be archived to maintain a clean list Workflows that are actively used. Previously archived Workflows can be restored if they were archived by mistake.

Archive a Workflow 

1. Go to Workflows.
2. Find the workflow you want to Archive > Click on the three menu dots found at the left of the Workflow.
3. Click Archive Workflow.

Note: An Archived workflow can still run evaluations to the API, but may display errors when loading certain pages. 

Unarchive a Workflow  

Once a workflow is Archived, you cannot click into it and view details. Archived Workflows can be restored at any point.

1. Go to Workflows
2. Set the Archived filter to Archived Workflows or All.
3. Find the Workflow you want to restore. Archived Workflows will be greyed out and have an Archived tag.
4. Click on the three menu dots found at the left of the Workflow.
5. Click Restore Workflow.
