Please note: The Final Outcomes Settings page has been renamed to Entity Feedback.
Entity Feedback allows clients to share data concerning accounts that are determined to be fraudulent, as well as accounts that are ultimately opened and in good standing. Among other uses, Alloy may, for example:
- Store this data on Alloy’s platform and database
- Share this data with any third-party vendors that client has contractual feedback obligations to, (e.g, ID Analytics, Socure, or iovation), in the format required by the vendor. Depending on the vendor, they may require this information to improve or operate the services from which the client is benefiting, such as fraud models or fraud data consortiums.
- Complete analysis on behalf of clients, such as summary statistics on fraud cases and workflow recommendations as part of workflow optimization recommendations.
If you see signs of fraud, make sure to upload them to the Entity Feedback Page via List Import or the API. If you see signs of a fraud attack, notify your CSM or the Support Team.
