Application 2.0 Beta Review - Overview

Journey Applications created through the Alloy API appear in the Application Queue in the Alloy dashboard.

A Journey Application is a single interface that organizes every Entity included in an Application and displays all of their Evaluations — one unified view for analyzing and decisioning Applications.

Overview Page

Header 

The header presents high-level information about an Application. It has three main states, each with a different appearance.

1. Status — The status of the Application and the Entity being reviewed. This also indicates whether the Application was a Sandbox Application or has been escalated.
2. Metadata fields
   1. Journey used in the Application
   2. Application age
   3. Date updated
   4. External ID, if one was provided
   5. Risk score, if configured
3. Assignment dropdown — A Journey Application must be assigned before a review can be submitted.

Overview Section

4. AI Application Summary — Optional, if your account is configured for it. 
5. Unresolved section — Houses any Entities that have not yet been resolved. 
6. Entity Application — Shows:
   1. Applicant name
   2. Entity Token
   3. Entity Application Token
   4. External Token, if provided
   5. Entity Application status
7. Entity Application menu

Workflows — All Workflows run under the Entity Application, including:

1. Workflow outcome 
2. Workflow name 
3. Outcome reason tags, if configured. Click on a tag to launch Rule Explainability to view what thresholds were met, causing the tag(s) to set. 

Activity Feed — Application notes, escalations, and rerun activity and notes.

Entity Application Menu:

From the Entity Application menu you can add the Entity to a List or view the Hosted SDK link.

Ownership:

If passed in a Business Application, ownership percentages and role information will be visible in the Entity Application Header.

Assignment Drop Down:

Use the assignment dropdown to assign an Application to yourself or to another agent.

Application Menu:

From the Application menu you can rerun the Application, archive it, or copy the Journey Application Token. 
 

Multi-Entity Applications:

Multi-Entity Applications show each Entity on the overview page, in either the Unresolved or Resolved section.

Group Checks appear whenever a Multi-Entity Application includes a reconciliation Workflow. Any group-level decision lives here.
