Application 2.0 Beta Review - Completing Manual Review

Evaluations within a Journey Application that return a Manual Review outcome can be reviewed in the Alloy dashboard or through the API.

This article covers how to manually review an Evaluation in a Journey Application via the Alloy dashboard using the Application 2.0 Beta experience.

1. Select an Application with a Review Needed status. Use the filter bar to find all Applications in this status.

2. If the Application is unassigned, assign yourself using the Assignee Picker.
3. Click any Review button.

4. Complete the gray Manual Review node: select an Outcome, choose your Review Reasons, add an optional Note, and click Submit

5. A record of your review replaces the Manual Review node under the Entity Application. 
6. You and other users can add further notes to the review at any time.

If additional Workflows run after this Manual Review node, they appear above the submitted review.

Multi Step Review 

Applications that require multiple Manual Review steps follow the same process.

When you submit a review for an Entity Application:

• If no further Manual Review steps are required for that Entity, it moves to the Resolved section of the For Review area.
• The next Entity Application awaiting Manual Review then becomes visible.

To see which Entities have been resolved, open the Entity Navigation menu.
