You can rerun a specific Evaluation inside a Journey Application.
Important: A Journey Application does not resume after you rerun an Evaluation within it. The new outcome is informational only — it does not change the Application outcome.
After a rerun, this note appears at the top of the new Evaluation:
This evaluation is for review purposes only. The new outcome does not affect the application.
Agents can use the new outcome as an input to their manual review, but it carries no decisioning weight on its own.
From the Evaluation menu, select Rerun Evaluation.
Complete the Rerun Evaluation form and submit it.
The Evaluation now displays a rerun dropdown menu and a disclaimer banner.
Use the rerun dropdown at any time to navigate back to the original run of the Evaluation.
