Learn Alloy Better (LAB): Registration, Access, and Login Troubleshooting

Learn Alloy Better (LAB) is Alloy’s customer training portal, offering training modules and learning paths covering Alloy products and workflows. LAB uses credentials separate from the Alloy dashboard.

Access LAB

Open the LAB login page to sign in or register.

LAB uses credentials separate from the Alloy dashboard. Having access to the Alloy dashboard does not automatically create or approve a LAB account. Each user must register for LAB before they can access its training materials. LAB may not use the same SSO sign-in flow as the Alloy dashboard.

I registered but have not received access

A LAB administrator must review and approve each registration request. Approval generally takes up to 24 hours or one business day. After approval, LAB sends a welcome email.

If you have waited longer than one business day and have not received the welcome email:

1. Check your spam, junk, and email-quarantine folders.
2. Make sure you registered with your work email address. Email addresses domains such as gmail.com or other non-corporate email addresses will be denied.

LAB access is restricted to active Alloy customers.

Registration should not be needed again unless your access has not been approved. If you’d like your request expedited or the access request reviewed, Support can confirm the request with the LAB administrator. Contact Alloy Support and provide the following:

• The user’s full name.
• The email address used to register.

I need LAB access for multiple team members

Each user should submit an individual registration request using the LAB registration page. After registration, the LAB administration team reviews each request.
