The Trust Portal is a centralized resource that provides customers, prospects, partners, and auditors with access to our security, compliance, privacy, and risk management documentation. It enables stakeholders to review our security posture, compliance certifications, policies, and other trust-related materials in a secure and efficient manner.

The Trust Portal helps streamline security reviews and due diligence processes by making commonly requested documentation readily available.

What You Can Find in the Trust Portal

Depending on your level of access, the Trust Portal may include:

  • Security certifications and audit reports (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001)

  • Compliance documentation

  • Security and privacy policies

  • Penetration testing summaries

  • Business continuity and disaster recovery information

  • Data protection and privacy documentation

  • Security questionnaires and responses

  • Infrastructure and security program overviews

Access to specific documents may require approval or acceptance of a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).

How to Access the Trust Portal

Option 1: Access Through the Customer-Facing Website

  1. Navigate to the Trust Portal URL provided by our team.

  2. Select Sign In or Request Access.

  3. Enter your business email address.

  4. Complete any required verification steps.

  5. Once approved, you will receive an email with instructions to access the portal.

Option 2: Access Through an Invitation

  1. Open the invitation email sent by our team.

  2. Click the access link provided in the email.

  3. Create an account or sign in using your existing credentials.

  4. Complete any required verification or NDA acceptance steps.

  5. Browse and download available documentation.

Requesting Additional Documents

If you cannot locate a specific document within the Trust Portal:

  1. Submit a request through the portal, if available.

  2. Contact your account representative or customer success manager.

  3. Provide details about the documentation you need and the purpose of the request.

Additional approval may be required before certain documents can be shared.

Troubleshooting Access Issues

I did not receive the access email

  • Check your spam or junk folder.

  • Verify that you entered the correct email address.

  • Request that the invitation be resent.

My access request is still pending

  • Approval times may vary based on document sensitivity and internal review requirements.

  • Contact your account representative for an update.

I cannot download a document

  • Ensure you have the required permissions.

  • Confirm that any required NDA has been accepted.

  • Contact support if the issue persists.
