Can Sandbox Personas be reused?

Yes, Sandbox Personas are universal and can be used for any workflow and any workflow version. 

Sandbox Personas simply coerce specific service responses out of the sandbox environment. Thereby they are telling the workflow to pretend that the values set in the persona are what are returned by the data services rather than standard test data. These are not limited and therefore can be used across workflows and/or workflow versions.
