How do I know if the Alloy Dashboard is not responsive?
If you are receiving errors when logging into the dashboard or performing certain actions the dashboard may be partially down.
The first step would be to rule out if this is a browser blocker or related to role limitations. Confirm if any additional agents on your team are experiencing the same issue. You can view the API status here to see if anything has changed recently. Bookmark this page if you frequent the dashboard!
Who do I reach out to? What information is needed when I surface the issue?
