If you or anyone in your organization are experiencing a webhook failure, it means that you went through the process of configuring the webhooks. You can review what a webhook is and how to set them up here.
When there is a webhook failure in an evaluation it will show a Pending Status and a purple banner will appear at the top of the screen for about 15 seconds. It will indicate which data service experienced the webhook failure.
Re-running the evaluation will typically resolve this issue. If there is any reason that does not work, then please reach out to us at support@alloy.com and we will help get to the root cause of the failure.
