What to do when you want to explore new service options?

Over time, you may discover the need for additional data services in your workflow.

You can reach out to the support team at Support@alloy.com or your dedicated CSM to explore which services we are integrated with Alloy and can help address your concerns. Be sure to include in detail:

• What the intended goal is (include workflow type/name, related use case if applicable)
• Type of service you are looking to add (KYC, AML etc.)
• A timeline of when your team is looking to integrate this service
• Any screenshots/documents and contacts
