Evaluation Rerun: Prevent A Specific Tag From Firing

A certain tag firing may always trigger a Manual Review outcome based on a client’s workflow-specific outcome logic. During the Manual Review process, an agent may want to rerun an evaluation, ignoring the specific tag in question so as not to return a repeat Manual Review outcome. The best way to accomplish this is to ask Alloy Support to clone the workflow to a new version that is only used for reruns. In the new version, the tag that always triggers a Manual Review outcome can be removed. Manual reruns could then be decisioned via the new workflow. Please note that evaluations rerun through the new cloned and edited workflow will make new calls to data services, incurring a separate cost from the initial evaluation.
