On the Workflow page, a list of every workflow in the account populates. From this list, users can click on specific workflows to open the Version Log Page. On this page, users can access:
- The workflow token and secret
- The option to add an asynchronous webhook
- The summary of the active workflow
- A list and changelog of all the workflow versions
- The Champion Challenger feature
Workflow Token and Secret
The workflow token and secret (aka API key and secret) are the unique username and password for each workflow. These direct the API to the workflow data should run through.
Please note: Workflow tokens and secrets should be treated like passwords.
Workflow Versions
In order to activate your new workflow version, go to your workflows, and select the workflow you want to make changes to. Once selected, it will display all details of the workflow, as well as list the history of updates made.
To make the most current workflow active, users must select the checkbox under the "Active" column in the dashboard.
Once selected, any new applications will go through the new version of the workflow. It can be deactivated if necessary, but the evaluations ran, will need to be manually run through any previous versions if needed.
You can roll back to previous versions if necessary and deactivate the most recent one.
