The Reason Codes Settings section provides a list of your Reason codes to your account and their related permission levels within the Alloy dashboard.
Add a new Reason Code
Navigate to the Settings tab, click on Reason Codes.
Once you are in the Reason Codes Settings section, you can customize groups of reason codes for your organization's specific needs. These reason code groups will be available for use within Application workflows.
The user can add/remove the reason codes from reason code groups. In this example, the “Address Non-Residential” reason code group is used.
In the group, the user can add/remove Selected Reason Codes. To configure which users can manage Reason Code Groups, you can Create or Manage permissions and Agent Settings.
