1. To begin, navigate to the Evaluation Summary and search for the evaluation that will be re-run again.
2. Click the More Options (3 vertical dots) menu on the right
3. From the drop down, select Rerun Evaluation
4. After selecting Rerun Evaluation, a form will appear:
5. Click Switch to a Different Application, which can be found near the top of the form
6. Click on the dropdown menu Application Type and select the workflow that will be used to rerun the evaluation. You can select a different workflow or the same workflow the evaluation originally ran through.
7. Once the workflow has been selected, a second dropdown menu will appear. Click the Version dropdown menu to indicate the version of the workflow that will be used. The current active version is noted with "Active".
8. If you need to change any of the supplied data, you can do so. For example, if you need to correct an email address or date of birth.
9. Navigate to the bottom of the form and click Run Evaluation to rerun the evaluation.
10. After the evaluation has been rerun, a notification will appear. The new evaluation can be accessed by clicking View Evaluation.
Evaluations that are re-run will have a new evaluation token, but will be associated to the same entity. All evaluations belonging to the entity can be viewed at any time by clicking the “Events” tag in the evaluation summary:
By default, cached data from the services will be used for the rerun if it is performed within 30 days of the last evaluation for the entity and the supplied data has not changed. If you need to refresh the cache, continue to read more on Evaluation Rerun: Cache.
