Spam/Junk folders should be checked first, but the next most common reason is that an institution’s firewall may be blocking the emails. Alloy Support's From Emails support@alloy.co and support@alloy.com should be added to each institution’s firewall allowed list. If emails from Alloy support are still not received after updating firewall rules, please email support@alloy.com for further assistance.
As email responses from Alloy support are not currently received due to this issue, clients can navigate to https://help.alloy.com, then click “Sign In” to review their tickets. Tickets with Alloy support are associated with the requestor’s email address, so be sure to sign up or sign in with the same email address that was originally used to create any tickets. Please note that these account credentials are separate from those used for the Alloy Dashboard.
