There are a few common reasons that could cause your support portal login to fail to work.
- The Alloy support portal uses a different login from your Alloy dashboard. Make sure you've registered for the Alloy support portal.
- The Alloy support portal recently transitioned to a new vendor as of September 22, 2021. Your login from the previous vendor does not transfer. If your login to the support portal was created before this date, you will need to register for the support portal once more.
- If you created an account for the support portal after September 22, 2021 and the login is still not working, you can reset your password. It's possible the original password was created with a miskey.
Options to register or reset your password are available after clicking the "Sign In" option from the Help Center.
